• I chose Rocket City Movers to offload furniture from a 15 foot U-Haul truck into my garage. I asked for 2 Movers to be at my house at 8 AM. After 1.5 hours she finally said they would be here at 8 AM. When Brandon showed up I found out that he was not even from Rocket City Movers. They subbed the work out. That’s not professional to me, since their company was the one I hired. Brandon, was very professional and accomplished the job in record time. He was a real jewel to have and worked flawlessly to see that everything got in the garage safely. I gave him the labor code. He called later saying he was told he was not going to promptly get paid for the job by Rocket City Movers. I spoke with them regarding Brandon not being paid. She said her boyfriend was not there & he had to get the labor code for her to input. I gave her the labor code to input and pay Brandon. It was very unprofessional of them not to promptly pay the sub contractor. I will not use RCM again. Brandon-yes!!!

  So first off we contacted this lady as soon as she booked. She booked for EVENING when I asked what time she wanted us there she said 8AM. This is a side job for us and we had to work our full time jobs that morning so we went out of our way to find someone else who was able to do the job. We found Brandon who works with Josh at another company. He agreed to do the job. He showed up on time with his help, did the job, and she applauded how well he did. Since we are the only ones with access to put in the payment code Brandon had to wait until that code was entered to get paid. Once we got a break at our jobs and got the code put in we received our payment and Brandon was compensated for the job. The lady even called for an explanation of everything and I was as nice as I could be and explained everything to her. So at this point I am really trying to figure out what the issue is?!

• TJ and Monroe are nice young men . They were courteous and worked hard , fast , and carefully. We will need them to come back to help us finish the move . We will ask for them ! Thanks
