    Communication was ok. Only one person was actively moving furniture and boxes from the apartment into the moving van for most of the two hours. It took the entire two hour time to move a one bedroom apartment that was already one-third empty into the U-Haul van. If my dad and brother hadn’t been helping them move the boxes and furniture there’s no way we would have been done in the two hour alotted window we had for the freight elevator and van bay at the apartment building. I hired this company because they had so many five-star reviews but I’m sorry to say that this was not a five-star experience and I would not hire them again.
