The moving experience was disappointing. Out of the two movers, only one was actively working while the other mostly stood around, wasting time. The loading was poorly organized, which left many of my belongings still at my old house. The unloading was rushed and done without proper care or order, making it feel completely unworthy of the time and money spent. Overall, the service was not good — the team did not handle the move in a way that benefited the customer.

I'm sorry for inconvenience but as I recall you had nothing ready nothing in boxes and we waist time waiting on you to box it up we asked you if help you didn't want to pat extra so we did what we could with wat we had 12ps
