• We did not have the best experience with this moving service. While the movers were very friendly and respectful, they showed up an hour and a half late for the job and then did not have any sense of urgency while getting us packed up. We finally had to cut them off at the loading location so they would have time to unload at the other location, and ended up having to finish packing and moving many things ourselves. My husband drove the U-Haul to the next location, and had to wait 30 minutes there before they showed up for the unload. They did comp us for that time, and got the job mostly done with a few remaining things we’ll had to unload and carry upstairs ourselves.

  Thank you for choosing the service. I called to let you know that we would be late.But I didn't know it would take them that long to get there my apologies for that. But I also sent a third mover to speed things up. Once again I apologize if the service wasn't what you expected. God Bless!! Jerry
