They were late, rude, and hard to communicate. They wasted my whole afternoon waiting on them. When they finally arrived to load the U-box, they started with eating pizza. I understand they have a labor intensive job, but it's not my fault that they overbooked or have time management problems. If they don't want to take my task, then don't take it, I can find other service provider that actually communicate and on time. I do NOT recommend them at all. Mark my words.
