Super Ray arrived on site and helped load up all of my stuff professionally. I would recommend that you do call ahead & confirm if you need 2 movers as I only had one mover on site. I did have to assist with moving down our couch which was quite a task. Otherwise everything else was handled very well and packaged into the storage containers well.
Giving 3 out of 5 stars is tough because once the job started, the two movers worked really, really hard in the face of adversity. Two of the three elevators at my storage unit were unexpectedly broken including the large freight elevator. Thus, the guys had to take the larger items down the stairs from the 3rd floor. Not once did they complain. They just kept on grinding until the job was done. The issue I MUST highlight is that one of the movers was 2.5 hours late for a 4-hour job. He did call me after being about 1 hour late to let me know that he would be late, however, he was not straight forward about how late he was going to be. This 2.5-hour delay really caused a lot of trickle-down issues throughout the day. Again, super hard workers, but folks need to be aware of the unprofessional tardiness of and poor communication from one of the movers, noting that the job can't start until both movers are present.
