• The move was mostly completed, but I still had items remaining that I had to move myself. I understand moves can take longer than expected, but I did not feel there was a sense of urgency throughout the move. I had to assist with unloading to help keep things moving, and several pieces of furniture were left with scuffs and scratches. I was also repeatedly asked for payment before the move was complete, which led to an uncomfortable disagreement. Overall, I was disappointed with the professionalism, handling of my belongings, and customer experience.

  The move was mostly completed? lol you were barely packed with boxes opened and left with your whole apartment to be moved. You were the one who had a sense of urgency to get the job done because I guess your funds wasnt in order, thats why we had to wait an extra 30 minutes after we were done. You only assisted because you had long hallways and long elevator wait times, next time you should choose a ground level apt. Thatll fasten up your move. Sorry to hear about your scuffs, but we are not responsible. You as the owner, should have had protection, such as moving blankets to protect your furniture, which you didnt have. Sorry but not sorry. I asked for payment before we unloaded multiple times because you were stalling for whatever reason! And as you know, if you would have paid us when we asked, we wouldnt had to wait in the hallways for thirty minutes to you to get your money situated. I understand when funds arent there, the frustration can be there, sorry.

  Bucks fast moving

• Very disappointing experience. My walls were scratched and dented, and my couch now has a hole in it from how it was moved. They initially told me they would fix my walls and accommodate me $25 for the couch but when I followed up to get an estimated date for repairs, my message was ignored. Here we are a month later and no one has fixed my walls or accommodated me for my couch. I wouldn't recommend this company based on how they handled both the move and their lack of follow-up afterward.

• Buck called me straight away and connected the dots for our last minute need for help. Guys showed up, and got right to it! Ni damage, treated my property like it was their own. Had to do some work, but they got it done Highly recommend Buck and his team!
