• Several of my furniture pieces are damaged, along with the inside of my home because of the movers dragging my furniture across the floor instead of lifting. Furniture that required two people, so it could be lifted, was handled by only one person, even after I mentioned having a second person bc it needed to be lifted.

• I hired this company for a load and unload move from my 4-bedroom home, and it was a very disappointing experience. The crew they sent was clearly inexperienced. After two hours, they had only moved a few bed frames, four couches, one loveseat, a kitchen table, two speakers, and a few packed boxes. I ended up sending them home because I wasn’t willing to keep paying for so little progress. One of the movers had a broken hand, which limited his ability to work, and they still left items in my garage. What frustrated me most was that the person I believe was the owner or supervisor stayed in the car and only came out to collect the payment code. If you’re sending an inexperienced crew, an experienced supervisor should be there helping and leading. I don’t blame the workers I blame management. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

  Apologies for your unfortunate move from my understanding your truck was fully loaded within your 2 hour span you only paid for 2 people for 2 hours but than you for your feed back and I would do well to improve
