I have moved professionally since 1994 and can load-unload your trucks for you. We also load and unload the Uboxes and perform many other moving tasks to help you have a stress free move.

During the loading of the motorcycle there was damage done to the siding of the house. There was yelling stop! and they said nothing about it. When I got back to the house after delivering the furniture to TX, I just found out that the damage was done to the house. Additionally there was damage to our furniture due to them not securing or packaging things with true care and concern. The day was cold and I understand that, but when you are told exactly what to expect, and you don't dress for the weather to be able to complete the job with true care and professionalism. Numbered and signed art was tossed in and not secured. Custom made furniture was damaged during the drive, we did not get everything in the Van that was needed to get down there becouse rather than packing things pro they just placed it on the floor of the truck and not adequately secured There was over 10 Ratchet straps provided at least 10 E-track conations and not used

There was no damage to your home as you had everything in the garage and me and you loaded the motorcycle. There were no ratchet straps provided and your wife and or daughter was loading the truck and telling the guys were to place the items.
