They were efficient and very careful with making sure walls weren’t hit or banged up and wrapped items carefully. My only suggestion is toward the end they seemed a little rushed and the final packing of the Uhaul was rushed. I tipped separately.

Luis and Luis jr. Communicated the exact time and showed up on time. They were very efficient on unloading and very courteous to my parents during a hectic moving day. They stayed after to help clean up and put away packing materials.
