  • The worst experience, i had a 10ft truck with only two heavy items. my problem was with one of the helpers, he brought his girlfriend and told her to help a bit, even though there wasn’t a lot to begin with and he asked to be tipped when done (I was). After the job was done i tipped, he left then texted me to tip his girl too. I ignored him, he came back to my house and parked asking if I can tip her. I called them and the company who dispatched them were the worst, didn’t handle it on spot, the guy stayed for 20 minutes and got uncomfortable so i tipped his girlfriend then he left. I tried to talk to the company again and was the worst customer service experience. This is the short story
