We really appreciate how well the company kept us informed about their status and location during our move. They were very helpful. They were also very professional in helping me through a difficult situtation with the truck rental company. We had asked the company if they could also drive the truck that was rented, and they agreed. They were very trustworthy with the vehicle. Since this request to drive may not have been typical, the communication on the pricing for the driving was not as clear as it could have been. Overall, we are very appreciative of the service provided.
