• I thought I could do the move by myself and quickly realized that I was in over my head. I called these guys for help with very little notice and after they had already been working all day, and they were great. Saved the day. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys.

• Traveon and Leo were professional and moved quickly. When my UBoxes weren't ready at 8 AM, they communicated that they'd arrive after 12 PM once they were ready. They didn't arrive and start packing until 230. They could only travel with one UBox at a time, making it very inefficient. It took them an hour each time they had to leave with a full box and come back with an empty one. A sentimental item was broken even though it was packaged in bubble wrap and wrapped in a blanket. Accidents happen and I didn't see this happen myself, so I wont assign blame, and they did promptly let me know that something broke. The way they packed up the first UBox was great; full and safe. The second box had chairs sticking out, looked very unstable, and they kept pushing on everything in the front to make sure the door would close, squishing everything else in the back. They did not repack it when I voiced my concerns, just told me to 'be careful' when I opened it. I'm okay with the level of service.
