The movers let me know they were running late and I had to follow up with them via text and phone call when they were late. They ended up being 2.5 hours late from the original time and 2 hours late from their estimated time. They did pack all furniture well and it was undamaged. Unfortunately my tool box was completely destroyed during the move because it was not strapped down well enough.
