  • The company was quick to respond and did arrive on time. That said, beware of hidden fees! I was charged $75 to remove the back of a couch and 2 recliners. When I caught wind they were going to charge another $75 for 2 minutes of work, I did it myself. One crew member definitely worked harder than the other which caused an additional 1 hour charge.

    Hi john I apologize for my guys wish you would have called me. However in your uhaul contract they carry no tools and they are only mover helpers so they are not allowed to disassemble. That is your responsibility.
