  • I sent the manager photos and informed them that there were washers and dryers upstairs that need to be brought down. The two individuals were unprepared and we had to get straps and Dolly to make it work. Every employee should have straps lifting. Every employee should know what work is going to be done.

    Hi Scott I totally understand although our guys did have there lifting straps on them as you know they unfortunately broke. Which is why we had to get some new ones during the job. Our guys were still able to successfully move all the belongings up and down the stairs safely with no damage and within the timeframe booked.
