  • They broke the handle on an old trunk, scratched up multiple pieces of furniture. Got dirt all over the side of my couch and ottoman. Broke a plastic box. Told them not to grab the trunk by the handle and they did it anyways. They were very speedy, good with communication but did not take good care of my belongings with loading. Really frustrating.
