• We initially booked two movers for an unloading job. One mover (bonafide movers) inexplicably canceled, and the other (dreams moving) became completely unresponsive. After several attempts to contact them, they informed us the day before our move that they could not do the job. This last-minute cancellation created significant stress, especially with the U-Haul return deadline looming. Their lack of communication and professionalism was highly disappointing. When our original movers canceled at the last minute, we contacted BETTER MOVERS in a panic. They responded right away and were able to accommodate our request on a holiday. The movers were on time, professional, and worked diligently to get our U-Haul unloaded quickly. We are incredibly grateful for their prompt and reliable service, which saved us from a very stressful situation.

• The moving company originally confirmed the appointment, however called me on the day of the appointment and let me know they are unable to accommodate this day any longer. I had to cancel because I could not have kept a loaded U-Haul truck for several days over Christmas
