  First, the movers showed up 30 minutes late. I showed the team the apartment area and the elevator. There seemed to be no plan on unloading the truck. In the past with other movers, they staged items and would fill the elevator completely but it appeared that they would only take a few items each trip. Additionally, the two that were going up the elevator took pictures and videos out my apartment windows which was very unprofessional and one of them seemed to be consistently eating. Because of their lack of staging and not filling the elevator to capacity, I had to purchase another hour. This is my third move using different crews and none have taken more than three hours to load and unload a 26’ truck. I would not recommend them.

  Jean and James were AMAZING for our move! They were efficient yet detailed and cautious with our items. They came prepared and went right to work upon arrival. It is also clear their experience as they approached each item the best way and completed everything in the most efficient manor. Could not recommend them enough. They made our move so easy.
