  • The Mod Designs team was great! They were professional and efficient and were in communication throughout the day letting me know they would be arriving later than expected due to a move going long earlier in the day. They were also very understanding and communicative when UHaul had not updated my order to 2 uboxes on their end and spent the extra time to get everything sorted out even though it took a significant amount of time and effort. I highly recommend this team!

  • A box was broken when I receive it, but it's not rare during moves so I would still give 5 stars. Overall the communications with Mod Designs were very good, and they are on time.
