Our local helpers have been helping people move since 2002.
Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
We booked them for loading help, and then they offered to also do the unloading if we paid them directly. They said they would charge me for two hours, but after they finished they wanted more. They said they would start the clock when the crew started unloading and instead wanted to charge me for travel time. I should've kept the separate unload booking that I had originally instead of letting them convince me to cancel and have them do it.
