• Adam was in over his head. He is very personable and professional. Unfortunately, that’s where the service begins and ends. His crew was so kind and tried so hard but the job was too much for them and they couldn’t finish.

  Hi Mary, I appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. While I understand you were unhappy with the overall outcome, I do want to clarify a few key points. The original job was to unload only. Despite that, we went above and beyond removing old furniture from the house and cutting box locks after the keys were lost, saving you the cost of hiring a locksmith. These were not part of the agreed scope of work, but we handled them to help out. After we spoke, we made a clear agreement on what was to be finished. We completed those specific items as requested, and based on that agreement, you chose to release the payment code. I respect your position, but I also stand by the fact that my team acted in good faith and delivered on what was agreed. Best regards, Adam

• I think this moving team might be going through some changes because they advertise to be a two man team but it was a man and a woman. She did her best but there was a lot of heavy lifting required. There was a third person who was the coordinator and he was VERY accommodating when it became necessary to starting at a different time due to weather. But he is in a wheelchair and not able to do the job physically. This team, for the price needs someone who is experienced in packing furniture. I believe they had another person but he had recently moved, is what I was told

  Correct I am Injured yes that's not going to stop me from running a business. that's discrimination. I have a team and recently had my other crew move out of state so it's what I had to work with. Thanks for the review.
