• They are a new company so I wanted to give them a shot but they really need to work on their packing skills. Things got broken because of the way that the moving truck was packed. I specifically requested stuff going to storage goes in first was written all over the boxes and explained to them in great detail that all the larger items were also going to storage, & what things that needed to go in last because they were not. Pretty much everything that was to be seperate was already separated by my sister and I. That was not done with some things so therefore I could not leave them at the location in California that I will be staying at for a while and my other stuff was going to Arizona for storage. Since I am returning via airplane I cannot take those things with me. I'm truly more upset about my antique stuff my lamp shade I'm hoping I can fix & my picture that I have to pay to get reglassed. I believe in giving new companies a start. Very nice men. But cost me more money.

Our crew followed your instructions carefully, and we regret that some items were still damaged. While moving belongings across state lines can sometimes result in minor damage, we recognize that outcome is unacceptable, and we also note that no moving pads were included with the order, which may have contributed. Please be assured that we have conducted an internal review of our packing procedures and taken administrative action with the employees responsible.
