  • i found this process confusing and had a very difficult time reaching the local person who delivered my box. I had to make many phone calls to reach him and he never took the initiative to call me back when I left messages. Often the mailbox was full and I could not leave a message. In addition, I asked for my box to be left at the bottom of my driveway for easy unloading. It was left by the curb between my house and my neighbors house, with the door facing my neighbor's driveway and some thick bushes, making unloading much more complicated than it needed to be. The only positive notes are that it was delivered and picked up on time.
