These guys are the best! Mark made sure to take care of us for our move! making sure his guys were getting everything done correctly! couldn’t have asked for better movers! so glad i chose this company after looking at so many different reviews for numerous moving companies. definitely will be using them again!
I would not recommend using them at all. From the start, it was clear they were deliberately moving at an unusually slow pace. Despite our efforts to stay patient, it became obvious they were trying to push the job past the 2-hour mark just to charge extra. They conveniently stopped working around 3 minutes into the second hour just enough to trigger additional charges. However, the owner charged us for 1 extra hour which I feel was also unfair given the efficiency. My concierge also told me later that she saw the movers sitting in the truck on the CCTV and not working whereas I was upstairs in the apartment waiting for them to come grab the stuff. She also complained that they were literally dragging things in the elevator in a way it could scratch the walls. I would rather pay someone else more money to get the job done than accept such poor and unprofessional service! Please don’t hire them.
