  • This was my first time using movers and they were great!

  • The communication that I received prior to the move was very unprofessional. The first guy who called was unorganized, calling to confirm but had the day wrong. He was trying to talk and drive so I asked if we could talk later. He said he’d call in the evening and then he hung up on me. I felt uneasy about the call so I called the number listed on my confirmation. That person said they sent a request for extra $ due to travel time but that I never replied. I hadn’t heard from anyone except the one call that morning. The guy said, ok then I’ll send the request now. ?? I paid for the extra hour. He was so rude I wanted to cancel. On moving day I got a call from a much friendlier man. He came to my house to unload the truck & did an amazing job!! Super friendly, structured, organized, very professional. I wish I knew his name. Ironically he had w him the guy who’d hung up on me. If my experience was just w the one guy I’d give 5 stars. The others 1 star. Lots of room to improve for him.

  • The company did not communicate with me prior to my move. I had to contact them a few days before to coordinate the time of the move. The only time they contacted me was on the day of the move to let me know that the staff was getting ready to go to my place. The movers were friendly but worked a bit slow.
