  • DO NOT hire this company. Careless, dishonest, rude, and absolutely not professional movers. I paid for professional loading help through U-Haul for an interstate move and clearly instructed them multiple times to load heavy items first and secure them safely at the front of the truck. They ignored every instruction. Boxes were left open, fragile items were unsecured, and furniture was stacked dangerously with nothing tied down properly. My antique coffee table was shoved against the trailer door and nearly fell out when I opened it. A glass bar cart was placed unsecured on top of it. Plants were thrown into the truck hard enough to break pots and spill dirt across my belongings. The truck was loaded so dangerously I had to hire a SECOND moving company to unload and reload everything before I could safely drive. They told me the trailer weight distribution was unsafe. I sent photos immediately, but the company refused any refund and lied about the loading job.

    We're sorry you feel this way, but we do not agree with this characterization of the job. Our crew followed standard procedure by requesting heavy items first; however, when we walked in, nothing was prepared. Movers worked under your direction throughout the job. Our team re-taped boxes, applied protective wrap, and loaded the truck as safely as possible based on the order items given. Some doors were closed and directed us not to go in there, as there were some big items you gave last. The coffee table and bar cart you referenced were both provided at the end of the move, not at the beginning. Once the job time expired, you asked if we could take the bar cart and coffee table down, since you could not carry them, which we did. Hazardous work conditions were also created! We take safety seriously and stand by our work, as you can see in previous reviews.
