  BUSYBUDDY MOVING

• Overall, I was happy with the service, which was very helpful and priced well. However, I would have appreciated more communication prior to the move confirming the service. They also showed up quite late.

• Moves are stressful and this company was incredibly disorganized and non communicative making it that much worse. Their lack of planning and communication with their crew made it that much more difficult, by not providing transportation for their crew until I had to call and ask that they get their crew to the next stop. They indicated they were providing transportation and then I ended up footing the bill as a result because Daniel would not answer the driver’s phone calls or texts. I also had to arrange transportation for their crew to get back home from our drop off location as they were incapable of preplanning. I would not recommend this company at all to support you in your move. I stated that I needed to be reimbursed for transporting their crew members. Daniel indicated that he would, but has not.

  We did not know we wouldnt be going on your U Haul to the storage till moving day I did arrange transport, we finished loading faster than he could come. I reimbursed you, which you confirmed. Sincerely, we thanks for the patronage .
