  • My new floors got ruined. Those heavy lifting people are really fast and strong for no doubt. Booked them for 2 hours and they did finished the job in just 40 minutes. I was happy with their service but at the end while getting the refrigerator inside they tried to put the bathroom rug underneath and moved the fridge. Because of that the whole new refinished floor all the way from the main entrance to the kitchen got ruined with wiggly Scratch line and marks. The instructions was to wait until I unload the stuff from inside the refrigerator and freezer. As I was busy with cleaning and getting ready to unload, I realized that they were already lifting the refrigerator inside. Because of that the the uncovered food spilled and the bowl cracked white opening the door. Not a big deal but the most important thing is the floor now. The whole reason of refinishing the flooring and moving out and then in is getting expensive. Contractor asking 650 dollars for the touchup and refinishing .
