I was really hopeful with my selection in movers and was thoroughly disappointed. My 100 inch TV was broken and when I asked if it could get fixed, I was told that insurance would cover it. Over a two week period of following up I was told I would be contacted within 24 hours. He just needed to check up on it. I was ignored and now I am stuck with a broken TV. I’m so sad because these guys seem so nice. I had other things that were broken as well and they were small so I figured it wasn’t a big deal, but it just goes to show that some people are careless.
