Moving Made Easy
The communication up to our move was great, but then things went south on our actual moving day. I got a text at 1001 saying the crew was having car trouble and would be there at 1130 instead of 1030. This is after I offered to pay more to come earlier. At 1120, I was told they’d be another ten minutes late so 1140. They arrived at 1150. They did have a fourth guy with them, but I had to ask one of the guys to be careful twice (fairly forcefully after he discarded me and scratched my door), and he finally started being more careful. The company stated I could request a discount for trouble, but that was awkward because the onus was on me to find an appropriate discount. The company was not aware of the vehicle issues and tardiness when I shared. I opted to not tip based on the fluctuating times and having to keep a close eye on one of the crew members. The other three were professional and worked hard carefully without supervision. Below Average experience after 6-8 MovingHelp crews.
