  • One male mover and his fiancée. She stayed on the phone for about 10-15 minutes while he moved in the beginning. That was fine because he was fast. I told him to put the things that looked like they needed to be in the garage in there. I was very specific as there were only a few things in the truck that needed to be put in the garage. They finished with about 30-35 minutes left which I thought was great. I asked him how many boxes were in the garage he said 10. After I paid him something told me to look in the garage to see what was in there. Almost a quarter of the boxes that were specifically labeled for rooms in the house were in the garage. This is not what we agreed on. Do not pay this person if you are not completely satisfied. When I told him to finish working the 20-30 minutes he said he had other customers, which was not my concern as I paid for 2 hours so I should get two people for the entire two hours. He replied with a snarky reply about why we couldn’t take the things up

    Sorry that feel you had an unfair move, everything was done in the ordinance of your needs.You failed to mention that every single box accounted for needed to go up stairs. I even offered to come back to help out later in the day if needed. The truck was completely empty when everything was finished. I will take accountability in the fact not every single box was taken up the stairs. I can make accommodations to get those up for you. But the job was done as you wanted in the beginning. Not every box was labeled and yes we had 20 minutes to spare in your time frame but we had an hour long drive to our other customers. My fiance is also working while 6 weeks pregnant so please give her some grace. Have a good day. Sorry again you werent satisfied with your move although you told us you thought we did excellent Thank you for your time.

  • We had a very unorganized quick last minute move from two different locations into our final destination. These two got the whole job done without skipping a beat. Friendly, strong, organized and highly recommended. We wouldn’t be at our new home right now, sitting in front of our cozy fire place if it wasn’t for them.
