Thank you for your feedback. We take every job and every customer experience very seriously. During this move, our crew worked hard to provide careful and professional service. At one point, the customer chose to assist our team in handling an item. Unfortunately, the item was damaged during that process. After the incident, we were asked to change our statement about what happened so it would support an insurance claim. However, our company has a policy of providing honest and factual information, and our crew members confirmed the same sequence of events. We always strive to provide excellent service and treat every customer with respect. We regret that this experience resulted in frustration, but we stand by the professionalism and integrity of our team. We remain committed to providing reliable, careful moving services to all of our customers.
