• Helpers were great on the day of our move - professional, friendly, and careful with our furniture. However, I tried to email and call about one and a half days before our move with a question and did not receive a response.

I do want to acknowledge the lapse in communication beforehand. Unfortunately, several team members were unexpectedly ill during that period, which temporarily impacted our ability to respond as promptly as we expect of ourselves. We appreciate your understanding and your trust, and we are grateful for the opportunity to have delivered a strong moving experience despite that disruption.
