Requested 3 helpers for 2 hrs. However, 2 helpers only showed up, and I asked them to stay for 3 hrs. One of the helpers was clearly under the influence of weed. During the move, I was so scared of my furniture getting damaged that I ended up helping the helpers. I was so disappointed with the service I received. I don't recommend them at all.I could not ask for a worse experience.

Junior and his partner Joe-anie, sp?, were excellent movers! They were polite, answered questions and provided the needed support to accomplish this move. Before the move took place I was contacted by phone and email to discuss the details of the move and confirm the service needed. I was treated respectfully and any concerns were quickly addressed. The price was lower than other options on the app, however the quality of the service was outstanding! I provided a cash Tip for each of them before they left. I found the entire process to be satisfying and relatively simple to complete on the Uhaul app!
