They were very communicative and helped me plan around a difficult move. Some other movers had fallen through, but ShapeUp was able to quickly adjust and help me out. I was very impressed with how they kept me apprised of anything that was going on so that I could plan appropriately.

Alex loaded a 10' moving van for me. Communication was great! I drove about 431 miles to my destination. I had no issues whatsoever during the drive and when I arrived to unload the movers at my destination mentioned that they were impressed with how the truck was loaded. He was very helpful, careful, and thoughtful.. I could tell he was knowledgeable about how to properly pack a truck to prevent issues. He was very patient with me when I tried to offer suggestions, LOL Word of advice If we stay out of their way and let them do their jobs you'll soon learn they know what they're doing, LOL He paid meticulous attention to important items and the prevention of potential issues at the unloading stage. The job was completed as promised on time. I would highly recommend him and his crew!
