  • Communication with the owner was good and the movers were very polite and nice but they didn’t do their job well at all. They were incredibly slow and inexperienced. I’m pretty sure I’ve moved more times than they have. They would take a single bag when my husband was taking 4. They were often on the phone and they weren’t very careful with our belongings. Things were broken and damaged. We’ve hired other movers from uhual that were great and moved our apartment in half the time. I wouldn’t hire them again.

  • They were late, caught standing around chatting on their phones, and damaged my belongings due to haphazardly throwing items in the moving truck. They chose not to use the over 3 dozen moving pads I had and allowed many of my solid wood pieces to have their finishes damaged.
