• Abdullah and Faisal were excellent. They were very professional and they worked hard the whole 5 hours. I was impressed with their willingness to keep pushing all the way to the end. They had excellent ideas and know how on efficient truck stacking. One poor element was the pre move communication. Texting and calling the number of file yielded no response about 5 days before the move. An email was responded to with a comment that they would contact me a couple days before the move. All the way up to the night before the move, no attempt from the manager to contact. Eventually late the night before there was a call to arrange a time. The movers also showed up 15 minutes late without an attempt to contact. I'll say, moving is a very stressful time. There are a lot of things being coordinated. Truck, getting key to and from each landlord, required move out date, ect. If one thing goes wrong or if in this case you don't know if a critical element is happening, it creates stress.
