The movers were timely and very efficient. I appreciate them and commend them for their efforts. Where they fell short was in the handling of a requested refund. I added two extra hours of time on top of the three I already paid for. The whole move only took 1.5 hours total with me helping. I simply was asking for 2 hours or even 1 hour back at $110 per hr. The owner gave a bunch of reasons and only gave me $38 back. Not the best experience, but a good lesson.

There really should be no refund so be grateful you got that. Remember you hired us, we're the professionals, not you. Have a good day.
