The move started well but became rushed and inefficient during the second half resulting in poor organization and property damage. Rug. Scrunched instead of rolled leaving it heavily bent. TV. Packed awkwardly under heavy items breaking a leg and causing severe screen pressure cloudiness and backlight bleed. Dining Table. One piece was left unprotected on the bare floor while the heavy tabletop was dangerously balanced directly against the truck door. Sofa. Ineffective furniture padding allowed a heavy storage box to lean against the sectional causing stains and deep pressure indentations. Billing Discrepancy. The final invoice had an incorrect hourly rate. It was quickly adjusted once pointed out but it required closely auditing the movers phone screen and left a dishonest impression. They werent terrible but definitely lacked the necessary care and attention to detail.
