• I can not explain exactly how much these guys do for your move! Top notch! Communication was spot on the entire time from booking, day before confirmation and then the day of. We worked together to make sure things ran smooth for the load. They truly are amazing! So much so that I am looking the number in to make sure my new family is my go to for help.

  Ms. Felix. You had nothing to protect your furniture. We asked if you had anything to secure the load , you didn't. The driver of the truck was speeding, due to trying to fit a load and unload into two hours. We loaded you guys items in a timely matter from a third for apt. And unloaded you guys in the two hour window that was played very close. Making the un possible happen. We apologize for any damages that occurred during the driving. Some things we can't control! Thank you for your review.

  Helping Hands

• There were some communication issues from the beginning. I changed the appointment time from the afternoon to the evening through Uhaul. I was driving from Dallas to outside Galveston so I would not have been able to be there until 6 at the earliest. The movers had no idea and told me that they don't really have anything to do with Uhaul. I needed to return the van the same evening so I wasn't sure if I would be able to work with them but they were able to make it. I needed them to unload a cargo van. I knew I had them booked for two hours so I also asked them to unload my minivan when they got here. They weren't happy about that. They got the job done but there was a bit of a vibe. Luckily I had packaged my items well because there were clear signs they had dragged my items through the dirt.
