  • The men at Quick Moves were a big help in our moving process. I was contacted quickly, although it took a bit of back & forth to confirm logistics, and on the day of moving they accidentally went to the wrong address so arrived a little late. Thankfully, that got sorted quickly, and they were very friendly during a stressful time for us, helping us move our entire 1600ft home + basement quickly into two rented U-Hauls we would be driving ourselves the next day to move to our new town. The primary reason I am giving 4 versus 5 stars is that the loading itself could have been more efficient in terms of what we got into the truck. We had to make a return roundtrip from Arington to Richmond to get the remainder of our belongings ourselves on an additional day, when I think had the loading been a bit more strategic we wouldn't have needed to spend that additional time and expense. However, I would certainly work with them again because I believe they would be open to constructive feedback.
