  • The movers arrived approximately three hours later than the scheduled time. We had originally booked a two-person crew for four hours, but we were unexpectedly charged an additional $200 because we were told the job required more than a two-person crew. Unfortunately, we also discovered that several of our items were damaged during the move. I'm very disappointed with the overall experience and wanted to bring these issues to your attention.
