I was very disappointed with my move. They were 2 hours late and never called me, I called them! Then they arrived smoking. They moved the heavy items downstairs onto the truck and did not utilize the space on the truck the best. Then they were sitting down and complaining about the work we had them do. Finally they were rushing and trying to leave earlier than the allotted time I paid for. Overall was no happy with the work that was done and made the move day much more stressful!

I booked them last minute and although they were already booked for the day they still managed to squeeze me in! They two gentlemen that showed up were extremely polite, speedy and helpful! Very grateful for their help after a very long and stressful day with uhaul!
