  • DO NOT HIRE THEM. I KNOW IT IS TEMPTING TO HIRE THE CHEAPEST MOVER BUT SPARE YOURSELF NOW! They were an hour and half late and didn't communicate that they were going to be late. Rolled up with Hardee's so you know they stopped for that. Broke a desk. Left items in the rain while working. Bent items even though there was plenty of space in the Uhaul. NEVER AGAIN.

    What I find confusing is that your now saying in your review, Dont book us, when this was your second time booking our services. As for the desk, we never broke it. It was already very fragile and unstable and should have been disassembled before being moved. We still did our best to handle it carefully. As far as the items being left in the rain, we did not intentionally leave your belongings outside. You had an outdoor storage unit, and we were instructed to place the boxes toward the back, which required us to rearrange items outside to access everything. You also chose a day when it was raining, but despite the weather, we went above and beyond to keep your belongings protected and get everything moved safely.
