  • Extremely disappointing experience. I booked a 2 hr move & disclosed 3 flights of stairs. I later clarified with Jonathan that it was actually 2 flights up to my new apartment & 1 flight down from my old apartment, & he confirmed this while arranging the movers.The movers immediately complained the job would take over 2 hrs & repeatedly asked for the moving code before the job was complete. They took multiple breaks (documented in photos), damaged my couch by breaking the legs & dragging it, and after loading the 10 foot truck with my help only brought up my couch, dresser, & one container. When my mom asked them to focus on the containers, Jared became upset, argued that I chose to move them myself, & walked away. They left early without completing the job, so my brother’s friends had to finish moving us. Jonathan offered to help, but was 45 minutes away. He promised a partial refund via Cash App, but after I provided my information & payment code, he stopped responding. DO NOT BOOK!
