    They took 8 hours to complete my move and charged me an extra $435 on top of the original $380 for a total of $815. Then they told me they would not finish unloading unless I paid them. Their excuse was that the boxes were heavy. It was a 2 bedroom apartment. What did they expect? Heavy boxes are part of moving. If they cannot carry normal household weight they should not call themselves professional movers. I even offered to extend the booking through the app and pay for the extra time but they refused. They were slow, disorganized, inexperienced, and constantly made excuses. I feel completely scammed and grossly overcharged. This was one of the worst moving experiences I have ever had.
