    All my jobs are consistent 5 stars so I'm not sure what you seen different then them you moved from the third floor apartment to and! third floor apartment your ordered a 10 ft truck with no ramp for a two bedroom apartment so it took two full loads you needed a 20 ft truck that comes with a ramp that would of saved time and made the job much easier myself and all movers on this site likes to serve honest people that appreciate our services good luck and God bless
