  • Worst experience ever. 3 hours late and within 30 minutes one of the moving guys sprains his ankle . Please note not from moving but from messing around . I had one helper who did his best . I called the company begging for help and got nothing . They dragged my couch to the point it was black as well as mattress . There is so much more but don’t have enough room to write it all. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Absolutely horrible

  • Requested unloading and storage to be handled in a particular order so that I may access things easier at a later time . They started staking things in the storage piled high. Although this was not a problem, I did request that Isaiah not to pile things high on a chair with only one support pedestal base, he continued anyway. Heavy things are now piled on top of this chair that does not have much support. There was even an occasion after this comment that several boxes came tumbling down like a fallen tree. If only the mover were not so dismissive of my request, this probably would not have happened. They did not communicate well with each other regarding a plan. They were payed well for 3 hours of moving time which only took them half them time even with a drop off at my home, less than a mile away. With this, Although I told Mike that I needed something left in the living room, Isaiah loaded it back in the trailer that I needed to return.. This was a complete shit show.
