Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
I ordered moving help for 2 hours, they were there for one. One of the two gentleman spent half an hour of that sitting on the curb on his phone. The other gentleman knocked over my $1,600 DJ Controller, and played it off like nothing. I contacted them to let them know about the damage due to knocking it over and they stopped responding via text and call. I loaded the U-Haul mostly myself, and lifted most of the heavy items myself due to them being 3 hours LATE.
I was very impressed with the service I received. They were on time, communicative, and took care of my every need. I am going to use them for all future moves.
Right after I booked my moving needs I was contacted by one of the movers Justin. He introduced himself and asked a couple questions up front that I didn't think about but were important for a smooth moving process. I was out of town during the move and needed the movers to look at this job as if they were moving their own belongings. Justin update me a couple times through the move to put my mind at ease.
